9" Ford Aluminum Thru Bolt Case 3.812" Bearing w/ Steel Caps

Mark Williams Ford 9" cases are cast in the USA, machined in the USA, and assembled in the USA. Undergoing high tolerance machining, strict quality control with automated CMM measuring, these cases are designed to perform out of the box!

This heavy duty unit has become the "standard" in champion caliber Drag Race cars. The aluminum thru bolt case weighs 11 lbs. less than our nodular iron carrier. The unique thru bolt design and the use of an ultra strong A206 alloy with engineered crosssections give it superior strength. The MW Thru-Bolt™ cases (The Original) with cap aligning bushings create better compressive strength and maintaining the main cap alignment. The pinion pilot-bearing bore utilizes an extra long bearing that is completely captive, retained by screw fasteners.

7075 aluminum or Steel caps are utilized with billet steel adjusters and 7/16" pinion support stud kit are included. The 3.812” bore case features "Grip-Lock™” adjusters lock system. All the MW thru bolt cases are clearanced for 9-1/2" (9-1/4" actual diameter) through 10” (9-7/16" actual diameter) gears. Fluid passage ports for external and internal lubrication systems are pre-drilled.
